  • How many mg should I take?
Everyone is different with different metabolisms which will be the deciding factor on how much you "feel" the CBD. The average dose is 25mg/ at a time. Some people only need 10mg, and some need more than 25mg, depending on severity of pain, anxiety etc. Always start with the minimum 10mg dose and work your way up from there. You CANNOT overdose on CBD. CBD overdose will just produce a sleepy effect. We ARE NOT doctors or Physicians and these are just our personal experiences/opinions.
